With a distinguished career spanning roles as Chief Revenue Officer of Move Concierge, a multi-eight-figure business, and Chief Operating Officer of Keller Williams Realty International, a multi-nine-figure enterprise, Sajag has consistently demonstrated his expertise in scaling businesses, maximizing profitability, and creating lasting impact.


As the founder of The Entrepreneurs Boardroom, Sajag has collaborated with industry icons, as well as high-performing teams. His insights on leadership, strategic planning, and talent acquisition have made him a sought-after speaker at events and on podcasts, including appearances with Eric Forney (Livian), Gabe Abshire (Utility Concierge), and Brian Charlesworth (Sisu). His thought leadership has been featured in prominent publications like INMAN, HousingWire, and RIS Media, where he earned the coveted RIS Media Newsmaker Award two years in a row.


Sajag’s influence extends beyond business. As the founder of the CEO Kids Foundation, he is on a mission to educate 100,000 children by 2032, reflecting his passion for philanthropy and empowerment. He actively supports organizations such as Make-A-Wish Foundation, KW Cares, and Ekal Vidyalaya Foundation, striving to leave a legacy of social impact alongside his professional success.


Personally, Sajag exemplifies resilience and ambition, pursuing challenging goals such as running 100 miles a month, despite overcoming a significant knee injury. As a dedicated father and basketball enthusiast, he values family and well-being as cornerstones of success.

Samantha J. Peterson

Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel

Samantha J. Peterson brings a wealth of legal expertise and strategic insight to her role as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at The Entrepreneurs Boardroom. With extensive experience as in-house counsel for leading organizations such as Keller Williams Realty and JPMorgan Chase, she excels in navigating complex legal landscapes while supporting business objectives.

 

Her expertise spans a wide range of legal disciplines, including contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate law. Samantha has a proven track record of advising senior executives and leading teams through intricate legal challenges, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategy, while minimizing risk.

 

Samantha graduated from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service with a degree in International Politics and earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School.

 

At The Entrepreneurs Boardroom, Samantha will leverage her extensive legal background and leadership skills to drive operational efficiency, innovative marketing strategies and provide comprehensive legal support. Her commitment to fostering collaborative environments and effective communication enables her to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive organizational success.

 

Passionate about community service and mentoring, Samantha is an elected Board Member of Love for Malawi, CEO Kids Foundation, and the Lake Travis Youth Association, dedicating her efforts to helping the people of Africa and supporting local youth recreational
sports.

Duane Giglia

Chief Marketing Officer

Duane Giglia is an accomplished senior marketing executive with a proven track record of delivering transformative business results. With deep expertise in the real estate and proptech industries, Duane has earned a reputation for crafting and executing data-driven strategies that reverse downward trends, uncover new revenue opportunities, and enhance the overall customer experience.

 

Duane’s extensive experience spans multi-channel campaign execution, CRM integration, and data-driven strategy development, where she has successfully led teams to optimize marketing performance, streamline operations, and achieve significant ROI. Her leadership has been instrumental in integrating marketing functions across mergers and acquisitions, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, driving brand awareness and consistency, and boosting lead generation. By developing innovative programs and responding to emerging market trends, she has consistently delivered impactful results.

 

Throughout her career, Duane has held pivotal roles, including Chief Administrative Officer at John L. Scott Real Estate, Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Programs for

Long & Foster Real Estate—the nation’s #1 independent real estate company prior to the company’s acquisition by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices—and Vice President of Marketing for Coldwell Banker, Mid-Atlantic. In each position, Duane has excelled in aligning marketing efforts with business objectives, ensuring initiatives resonate with stakeholders and drive long-term growth.

 

Duane is also deeply committed to community service. She has led initiatives for

Children’s Hospital National Medical Center’s Miracle Network Telethon, The Board of Visitors for Children’s National Care for Kids Foundation, and has participated in and led numerous mission trips through her church affiliation. Her dedication to making a positive impact extends beyond the professional realm into every facet of her life.

Laura O'Connor

Real Estate Mergers & Acquisitions and Brokerage Strategist

Laura O’Connor is an accomplished operations and strategy leader with over 25 years of experience helping organizations optimize performance, streamline processes, and drive unprecedented growth. Known for her hands-on leadership style and data-driven  decision-making approach, Laura has a proven track record of success in roles spanning change leadership, financial management, and organizational development. 

 

A seasoned expert in mergers and acquisitions, Laura orchestrated the merger of three companies to form the largest statewide brokerage, successfully negotiating buyout terms and consolidating ownership from ten down to two. Post-merger, Laura led change management efforts to blend company cultures, consolidate technology programs, and streamline workflows. Through her extensive experience with M&A’s, Laura developed, and continues to deliver, a sought-after M&A master course, empowering brokers-owners with the skills and strategies needed to strengthen capabilities and expand their firms. 

 

During her tenure as President and COO at JPAR Real Estate’s Affiliate Network, Laura grew the affiliate network by 46% across 30 states and implemented enterprise-wide solutions that improved workflows for over 4,000 agents across both Brokerage and Franchise systems. She spearheaded a comprehensive operations overhaul, modernized back-office systems, and empowered franchise leaders to adapt to shifting market dynamics, resulting in significant growth and increased efficiency. Prior to JPAR, Laura held senior roles at Anywhere Real Estate and Pure West Christie’s International Real Estate, where she partnered with brokerage owners to optimize processes, drive performance improvements, and scale operations across hundreds of offices nationwide. 

 

A recognized thought leader, Laura has contributed her insights at industry summits and executive panels, earning a reputation as a trusted partner for organizations seeking to uncover opportunities, develop talent, and implement sustainable strategies to achieve operational excellence and long-term growth.
